Wanna Network Press Release
LAS VEGAS – An experienced real estate professional for Realty One Group, Tony Sena knows the challenges and competition agents face when marketing themselves, which is why he created a networking Web site dedicated solely to the real estate profession.
Launched in June 2006, www.WannaNetwork.com is one of only a handful of free real estate networking Web sites in the United States that are quickly gaining great interest, and Web hits, from agents as well as homebuyers and sellers.
“In the real estate business, you can never pursue too many avenues for attracting and retaining business,” said Tony Sena, founder of www.WannaNetwork.com.
Since the company’s inception, more than 1,000 people have already formed relationships throughout the country, which allows for profitable referrals later on, according to Sena.
“When buyers and sellers don’t have a real estate agent, they tend to try to sell their home themselves, or they find the person in the phonebook with the nicest ad – neither of which is a full proof approach to buying or selling a home,” said Sena, who’s company is increasingly receiving new Web interests for Wanna Network’s services from professionals and consumers daily. “People who try to buy or sell their home themselves usually see little or no success because they don’t have access to the same resources real estate agents do. With www.WannaNetwork.com, you have more avenues to pursue – both in finding a home and a reliable professional to work with. You scroll through pages of real estate agents, brokers, home inspectors and even real estate attorneys until you find someone who’s right for you.”
www.WannaNetwork.com, still in its beginning stages, allows real estate professionals to network, while potential clients in the market to buy or sell a home can easily research numerous real estate agents and related professionals before choosing one best-suited to their needs. The services offered are free to all users.
According to Sena, home buyers and sellers often find it difficult to hire a real estate agent if they have never worked with an agent before or aren’t satisfied with their previous agent.
“www.WannaNetwork.com allows consumers to search for a real estate agent in their area or the area they plan to move to, as well as teach viewers to learn about a real estate agent or related home buying and selling professional on their own time and at their own speed,” Sena said. “www.WannaNetwork.com also provides comfort to those wanting to surpass the sales pitch and delve straight into finding a quality candidate to control the fate of their home.”
The Web site allows real estate agents and related professionals, including loan officers, home builders and brokers, to create a home page displaying their personal information, which allows them to have fun and promote themselves at the same time. Members can collect friends, creating relationships that may be beneficial in the future.
Additionally, www.WannaNetwork.com has a section for events where members can post additional networking or educational events of interest.

So we have designed our new website, http://www.WannaNetwork.com to make it easy to find other real estate professionals. This site is was designed for the real estate industry. We want it to be fun to use, but still have a professional look to it. So please visit our site and let us know what you think.

Las Vegas Real Estate Market
With over 16,000 homes on the market in Las Vegas it has definitely become a buyers market. Sellers have been forced to reduce their prices several times before their property sells. With the price reductions, I am seeing many investors getting back into the Las Vegas Market.
With so many homes on the market, it is taking a toll on the local real estate agents. Clients are demanding more advertising to be done and are seeking experienced agents to sell their properties. This market has driven many local real estate agents out of the business.
So not only is the market competitive for buyers and sellers but also for the local real estate agents trying to maintain their business.

Sport Resort Slated For North Las Vegas
A 4 billion sports resort is in the works in North Las Vegas. A parcel of land next to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway might one day be the site of a 26,000 seat arena, a 5,000 seat aquatic center, an air-conditioned driving range and other sporting related developments. The site would also boast a 150,000 square foot casino, 5,500 hotel rooms, and 10 night clubs.
The complex would target Olympic, amateur and professional sporting events.
Analysts believe the biggest drawback is that the resort would be so far off the Las Vegas Strip and could not draw from the foot traffic on the Las Vegas Strip.

Your Las Vegas Real Estate Agent
Hi! My name is Tony Sena. I would like to tell you a little about myself and my company.
I have lived in the Las Vegas area for most of my life. My parents moved to Las Vegas when I was almost a year old, and I have been here ever since. I attended local public schools, and graduated from Green Valley High School in 1994. After high school, I began classes at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Shortly after, I received a job offer from the Los Angeles Police Department.
I have always aspired to be a police officer, so I jumped at the opportunity. I moved to L.A. immediately, and although I really enjoyed the experience, it was short lived. I missed my family and friends in Las Vegas, so I resigned and moved home to work for the Henderson Police Department.
For the next 5 years I protected and served the citizens of Henderson, Nevada. I also became a member of the Henderson SWAT team. It was around this time that I developed an interest in real estate. After getting my license, I worked in real estate during the day and as a police officer at night. Although I was really passionate about both jobs, I knew that I would eventually have to choose one. I wasn’t able to spend enough time with my family, and my children are the most precious things in the world to me. I have a 4 year old daughter, named Abigail, and my son; Anthony, just turned 1 this January. April 17th 2005 was my last day as a police officer.
I have been a licensed real estate agent for 5 years now. After 4 successful years at Century 21; I started a real estate team of my own at North American Realty of Nevada. Over the past year; Sena and Associates has grown tremendously. Because of our success, we have plans to open our very own division of North American Realty of Nevada in April of 2006!
Although I am no longer a police officer, I am still able to serve the residents of Henderson, as well as the entire Las Vegas Valley. I provide my clients with the same dedication I gave the community of Henderson, and my clients can be rest assured they are dealing with a trustworthy and knowledgeable agent.
